What to Expect

Same-day clarity. No surprises.

Every patient gets a written plan with 3D imaging before anything is scheduled. You will know what is happening and what it costs before you commit.

  1. Step 1

    Free consultation with 3D imaging

We start with a complimentary visit. A 3D CBCT scan shows the exact angle, depth, and nerve proximity of each wisdom tooth — no guessing.

  2. Step 2

    Written plan + sedation choice

You get a written treatment plan and an itemized quote. You choose the level of sedation you're comfortable with — local, IV sedation, or general anesthesia.

  3. Step 3

    Same-day surgery (in most cases)

For straightforward cases we can perform the extraction the same day. Most patients are in and out within 60–90 minutes from start to finish.

  4. Step 4

    Recovery + follow-up

Detailed home-care instructions, prescriptions called in before you leave, and a follow-up visit one week later. The same surgeon you met at the consult is the one you call if you have questions.

Why Patients Choose Us

A different kind of oral-surgery experience.

Trained at the level required to operate in a hospital. Delivered in a private, comfortable office.

Hospital-Privileged Surgeon

Most wisdom-teeth extractions are performed by general dentists. Yours is done by a surgeon credentialed to operate in a hospital OR.

All Levels of Anesthesia

Local, IV sedation, and general anesthesia all available in-office. You sleep through it if you choose to — no separate appointment at a surgical center.

3D Imaging Standard

Every patient gets a CBCT scan before surgery. We see the nerve, the bone, and the root angle in three dimensions — not flat X-rays.

Same-Day Surgery

For most cases, the consult and the extraction happen on the same day. One appointment, not three.

Common Questions

Answered.

Do I really need my wisdom teeth out? +
Not always. The 3D scan tells us whether your wisdom teeth are likely to crowd, decay, or cause infection. If they're safe to leave, we'll tell you so — and you'll save the procedure cost. About 1 in 5 consultations end with us recommending monitoring instead of surgery.
Will I be awake during the procedure? +
Your choice. We offer local anesthesia (you're awake but numb), IV sedation (you're deeply relaxed and don't form memories of the procedure), or general anesthesia (fully asleep). Most patients choose IV sedation — it's the sweet spot of comfort and recovery time.
How long does recovery take? +
Most patients are back to desk work within 2–3 days. Full bone healing takes about 6 weeks but you will not feel the difference after the first week. We send you home with detailed instructions and emergency contact info.
How much does it cost? +
It depends on how many teeth, whether they're impacted, and which anesthesia you choose. Most insurance plans cover wisdom-teeth removal at 50–80%. We give you an itemized written quote at the consult — no surprises at the desk.
What if I have dental anxiety? +
You're in the right place. Our surgeon is trained in all levels of anesthesia, which is unusual for an in-office dental practice. If you choose IV sedation or general anesthesia, you won't remember the procedure at all.
